I do operate a policy of not answering my phone during a lesson as I believe that is unfair on the pupil I am teaching and the customer who is calling. I always give my full attention to the pupil in the car. However everyone's call is important to me and my voicemail is always on so if you don't get me please do leave a message or send a text and I will call you back as soon as I am able and normally within the hour.
